Element Recruitment is proud to partner with a reputable Legal Services company in Central Bristol, seeking a dedicated and dynamic Early Careers Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about developing early career talent, focusing on learning and development initiatives that drive success and engagement within the organisation.

As the Early Careers Manager, you will:

  • Design and implement early careers programs tailored to the needs of the company.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify and nurture talent.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in the Early Careers space or in a similar capacity.
  • Background within the legal sector is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for fostering young talent and creating growth opportunities.

This role is paying £45,000 – £55,000 with hybrid working, a competitive benefits package and offers a flexible working pattern.
