Element Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a leading business in Berkeley, who are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity someone who enjoys working in a collaborative team, where your contribution is genuinely valued.
Salary £26,000 – £28,000
Duties
- Process and manage purchase invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions in accounting software.
- Perform data entry tasks to update financial records and assist with reconciliations.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding invoice discrepancies and payment queries.
- Support the finance team in month-end closing processes and reporting.
Qualifications
- Experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role is essential.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret financial data effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team within a fast-paced environment.
