Take on an Authorised Person role – develop and apply safe systems of work (RAMS, isolations, PTWs)
Be a key player in CAPEX and continuous improvement projects across the site
Deliver world-class compliance, cost-efficiency, and operational performance

What We’re Looking For:

Strong hands-on experience operating/maintaining utilities equipment (boilers, CHP, ETP, compressors, etc.)
Confidence in mechanical/electrical fault finding and inspections
A strong health & safety mindset (LOTO, confined space, COSHH, RAMS)
IT/computer literate – comfortable with CMMS, Excel, and documentation
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
A proactive, adaptable team player with a drive for continuous improvement

Desirable (Not Essential):

BOAS accreditation or similar boiler training
Experience in distilling, brewing, FMCG, or COMAH environments
HNC or above in a technical/engineering discipline
Knowledge of ATEX/DSEAR is a bonus

Why Join?

Play a central role in a site backed by significant investment and growth
Work with a passionate, collaborative operations team
Be part of a company that values quality, innovation, and sustainability
