Weekend Support Worker – Weekly Pay – Alfreton
Hourly Rate: The rate of pay for this role is £12.21 per hour.
Working Hours: You will have access to available hours on a week by week basis with typical hours being: 07:00 to 14:00 14:00 to 21:00 21:00 to 07:00
We are offering an exciting opportunity for experienced Support Workers to join our team in Alfreton, with the added benefit of weekly pay. Our residential supported living unit is expanding, and we are looking for dedicated, reliable individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care.
In this role, you will support residents with learning disabilities and complex care needs, helping them achieve greater independence and develop essential life skills. You will play a key role in empowering service users by assisting with daily routines, engaging in activities, and fostering personal growth. Your responsibilities will also include household tasks and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure seamless continuity of care.
