£30,000 to £35,000 DOE

You’ll be joining a highly regarded boutique investment firm with a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture. The team is close-knit, supportive, and genuinely enjoys working together. The business is growing, and this role comes with real scope for progression and development.
The Role
  • This is a varied and hands-on position supporting a busy investment team while also ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
  • Proactive diary and calendar management for the investment team
  • Coordinating international travel, including itineraries, accommodation, and reservations
  • Preparing documents and presentation materials
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and calls, being a true ambassador for the company
  • Managing shared inboxes and correspondence
  • Assisting with expenses, invoices, and general financial administration
  • Overseeing office operations, supplies, and general upkeep
  • Supporting internal events and team activities
The Candidate
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a professional or client-facing role
  • Backgrounds in hospitality, guest relations, or events are also highly valued
  • Degree educated or of graduate calibre
  • Highly organised, proactive, and confident with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong communication skills with a polished and professional presentation
  • A team player who is happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved
  • Tech-savvy, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint and Teams)
  • Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow
