Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for the region in alignment with company objectives and sales targets.
  • Collect payment from customers
  • Identify new business opportunities within the region and actively pursue them through cold calling, networking, and meetings.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, competitive positioning, and sales performance to help refine strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers in the region.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering tailored solutions that meet their needs and solving any challenges they face.
    • Manage and nurture a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure timely deliveries, resolve issues, and generate repeat business opportunities.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting:
    • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by management.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Manager, including revenue projections, sales activity, and customer feedback.
    • Track sales metrics and analyze performance to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • IntExpo Service Knowledge & Presentation:
    • Stay up-to-date with the company’s product offerings, understanding all features and benefits to effectively communicate these to potential customers.
    • Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients.
    • Provide feedback to the product team on customer preferences and product improvements.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
    • Collaborate closely with other regional sales agents, marketing, and support teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts.
    • Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
    • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and stay informed on new product releases or company initiatives.
  • Administrative & Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
    • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
    • Prepare contracts, quotes, and proposals while adhering to company pricing and contractual guidelines.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience:
    • Degree in Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a regional or territory sales role preferred.
    • Experience in direct sales is a plus.
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales.
    • Ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team environment.
    • A self-starter with a strong drive to succeed and a passion for sales.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate client concerns and offer effective solutions.

Compensation:

  • Commission based 20% from sale
  • Recurring  commission from customers
  • 20% commission from advertisement
