1. All Sales are Final
Due to the nature of our services, all purchases made through our platform are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Job postings (single or bundled)
- Featured listings or highlighted posts
- Resume database access
- Subscription plans or promotional services
Immediate Service Delivery & Waiver Service Delivery (UK / Eu Only)
For customers in the UK and European Union:
By purchasing a service, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital service and acknowledge that you waive your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) and the equivalent EU Directive.
Note: This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the service provided is faulty, not as described, or not provided with reasonable care and skill.
2. Bank Transfer Payments Exemption
For customers choosing to pay via Bank Transfer, we offer a limited refund window:
You may request a full refund at any time before your advert has been processed and placed online.
Once the advert is live on the job board, the service is considered “delivered” and is no longer eligible for a refund
3. Immediate Service Delivery & Waiver (UK / EU Customers)
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013:
By purchasing a service and requesting it to go live immediately, you EXPRESSLY CONSENT to the immediate delivery of the digital service and ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WAIVE YOUR STATUTORY 14-DAY RIGHT TO CANCEL once the service has begun (i.e., the advert is live).
4. United States Customers
FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE UNITED STATES: ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided once the service is purchased and delivered, except in cases of technical failure where the service was not provided as described.
This policy is governed by applicable state laws. In states where a specific refund notification is required (such as California, Florida, or Virginia), this policy serves as your conspicuous notice that no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided except in cases of technical failure where the service was not delivered as described.
5. Eligible Exceptions for Refunds
We may issue a refund or credit at our discretion only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges due to a system error
- Technical issues on our side that prevent delivery of the purchased service
- Unauthorised or fraudulent payments, if reported within 7 calendar days
