Job Description
Electrician, (Mobile Role), Edinburgh, £40,000 – £42,000 per annum + OTE up to £55,000, Permanent, Immediate Start

Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial properties
- Work on a variety of systems including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs in a timely manner
- Ensure all work complies with current health and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records using a computerised maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Build strong working relationships with clients to ensure high service delivery
- Travel across the Glasgow area as part of a mobile maintenance role
Requirements
- 17th or 18th Edition electrical qualification
- Recognised SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent apprenticeship)
- Proven experience within Facilities Management or Building Services
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
