Job Description

My client, a London-based creative events agency recognised for crafting transformative live experiences, are looking for a talented and experienced Account Director to join their dynamic team. This is a key leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, and who genuinely values building meaningful client relationships.

As a priority you will:

Lead key accounts, oversee complex projects from inception to post-event wrap-up, and drive organic growth
Ensure each experience is innovative, aligned with clients’ objectives, and delivered to the highest standards
Act as the senior point of contact for clients, developing deep understanding of their business and culture, and shaping strategic plans that foster long-term partnerships.
Be highly organised, confident influencing senior stakeholders, and comfortable managing budgets and multidisciplinary teams.
Have a proactive approach with a creative insight, and the ability to navigate fast-paced, high-pressure environments
An understanding and a passion for industry trends and emerging technologies
To be successful you will need:

An agency background with at least five years’ experience in events, experiential, brand experience, or integrated communications
Strong client-facing skills, a collaborative mindset, and a solution-focused attitude will ensure you succeed and thrive in this role
Experience in crafting memorable, impactful experiences that resonate and deliver real value
Right to work in the UK
