Job Description
Handle Recruitment is seeking a Marketing Manager experienced in partnerships & affiliate marketing with the financial services or luxury spaces to join a global brand renowned for its innovation and customer experience.
*This is a one year contract to start ASAP, hybrid working with a day rate equivalent of £80k-£85k salary based on experience*
This role offers the chance to lead innovative marketing campaigns for one of the brand’s most integral spaces, it’s retail banking partnerships. You’ll shape strategies that connect seamlessly with customers across multiple markets, delivering impactful campaigns that unite financial services and retail experiences.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive bank marketing strategies for retail campaigns and promotions
- Working closely with cross-functional teams including digital, legal, and financial services to ensure messaging alignment
- Partnering with banking institutions to create innovative approaches that boost engagement through paid, owned, and earned channels
- Monitoring campaign performance, analyse data, and identify opportunities for optimisation
- Managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Extensive marketing experience including partner or affiliate marketing within luxury retail or financial sectors
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences
- Strong programme and project management capabilities, able to juggle multiple initiatives under tight deadlines
- Analytical mindset, with confidence interpreting data to shape future strategies
- Fluency in English, additional language skills in German, French, Spanish or Italian are advantageous
