Employer Membership Agreement

EMPLOYER MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE PRICE GUARANTEE PLEDGE

This Agreement is made between
IntExpo.com                 (“The Service Provider”)
and
__________________   (“The Employer” or “Customer”)


1. Agreement Overview

This pledge outlines the pricing guarantee for Employer Membership Packages related to job postings. The prices outlined below will remain valid for a minimum of four years, with future price adjustments tied to the National Living Wage (NLW) and inflation.

In the event of a change of ownership or a sale of the business, the new owners or operators of the job board will be obligated to honor this price pledge for the duration of its validity.


2. Pricing for the First Four Years (Guaranteed)

The pricing schedule below is based on the calendar years following the official launch of the job board. These rates apply universally to all Employer Members during the specified year, regardless of their individual subscription start date. This ensures transparency and consistency across the platform.

Only the packages listed for each year will be available during that year. Employers may select from the options offered in the current year’s schedule. Packages from previous years will be updated to reflect any changes in the number of job postings allowed, while packages from future years will become available only when their designated year begins.

Membership is offered exclusively to the first 1,000 Employer Members who subscribe to the platform.

First Year:

Employer Member 1/1 Package: up to 100 Job Postings for £30/month.


Second Year:

Employer Member 1/4 Package: up to 75 Job Postings for £30/month.

Employer Member 1/1 Package: up to100 Job Postings for £55/month.


Third Year:

Employer Member 1/4 Package: up to 50 Job Postings for £30/month.

Employer Member 3/4 Package: up to75 Job Postings for £55/month.

Employer Member 1/1 Package: up to 100 Job Postings for £80/month.


Fourth Year:

Employer Member 1/4 Package: up to 25 Job Postings for £30/month.

Employer Member 1/2 Package: up to 50 Job Postings for £55/month.

Employer Member 3/4 Package: up to 75 Job Postings for £80/month.

Employer Member 1/1 Package: up to 100 Job Postings for £100/month.


3. Price Adjustment from the Fifth Year (Based on NLW)

Starting from Year 5, prices will be adjusted based on the National Living Wage (NLW). The new rates for the following packages will be:

Employer Member 1/4 Package: up to 25 Job Postings for 3 x NLW per hour.

Employer Member 1/2 Package: up to 50 Job Postings for 5.5 x NLW per hour.

Employer Member 3/4 Package: up to 75 Job Postings for 8 x NLW per hour.

Employer Member 1/1 Package: up to 100 Job Postings for 10 x NLW per hour.


Example for 2029 if NLW is £14:

Employer Member 1/4 Package: up to 25 Job Posting £42/month

Employer Member 1/2 Package: up to 50 Job Posting £77/month

Employer Member 3/4 Package: up to 75 Job Posting £112/month

Employer Member 1/1 Package: up to 100 Job Posting £140/month


4. Continuity and Change of Ownership Clause

In the event that IntExpo.com is sold or undergoes a change of ownership during the course of this agreement, the new owner or entity shall honor the terms of this pledge for the remainder of the four-year term, and any price adjustments thereafter will continue to be based on the National Living Wage (NLW), as outlined in this agreement.

The Employer shall be notified in writing of the change in ownership at least 60 days in advance.


5. Terms of Payment and Renewal

  • Payments will be made on a monthly basis, starting from the initial subscription date.

  • Automatic renewal will apply unless the Employer provides notice of cancellation at least 60 days prior to the renewal period.

  • Prices for the Fifth Year and beyond will be based on NLW and updated annually.


6. Final Agreement

By entering your details and accepting the terms of this pledge, the Employer is entering into a binding agreement with IIntExpo.com, represented by the Administrative Team.

The prices, terms, and guarantees outlined in this pledge will apply for the duration of the contract, with adjustments based on National Living Wage as outlined in the terms.
