      • Monday to Friday — 09:00 to 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)
          • 1 in 4 Saturdays — 09:00 to 13:00

                A growing organisation within the debt recovery and client services sector is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join its busy administration team. The company specialises in debt recovery, debt purchasing, and client liaison, operating from a fast‑paced and professional office environment.

                We are looking for someone who is highly driven, reliable, and able to maintain accuracy under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a professional, business‑focused mindset.

                While experience with Microsoft Excel is preferred, full and comprehensive training will be provided.

                Key Responsibilities

                As part of the administration team, your duties will include:

                  • Processing financial data using Excel spreadsheets
                    • Managing and updating the company’s internal debt database
                        • Providing customer service via email
                          • Supporting client liaison and maintaining professional client relationships
                            • Carrying out general administrative duties as required
                              • Attendance and reliability are essential to this role, given the nature of the work.

                                Preferred Skills & Experience

                                  • 1 year of administrative experience (preferred)
                                  • Microsoft Excel experience (preferred)
                                  • GCSE or equivalent
