Job Description
We’re working with a fantastic organisation in Uxbridge that’s growing fast and offering hybrid working (3 days office / 2 from home). They’re now looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Coordinator to join the team and provide essential support to their busy Account Managers.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced commercial setting and enjoys staying on top of multiple priorities, systems, and deadlines.
What’s involved:
• Processing customer orders and managing them through to delivery
• Maintaining pricing records and updating systems accurately
• Supporting Sales Account Managers with customer forms, purchase orders, and product information
• Helping with trade marketing materials and PowerPoint presentations
• Coordinating samples and logistics for promotional events and trade shows
• Producing reports and assisting with ad-hoc projects and admin tasks
What we’re looking for:
• Strong administration background, ideally within Sales Support or Customer Service
• Confident user of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Proactive, dependable, and happy to work across multiple systems and processes
• A confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
