Job Description
Due to continued growth, our client based in Newcastle is looking to recruit a Trade Plate Driver / Technician to join their busy team.
This role involves collecting and delivering vehicles, inspecting them before and after hire, and ensuring vehicles are clean and ready for the next customer.
Key Responsibilities
Collecting and delivering cars and vans within a 50-mile radius
Carrying out vehicle checks before and after hire
Completing vehicle check sheets and defect reports
Reporting any damage to the Shop/Workshop Manager
Valeting vehicles to prepare them for the next hire
Uploading check sheets and paperwork
Supporting with general admin duties
Requirements
Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 3 points
Good attention to detail
Organised and reliable
Able to work flexibly between 8am and 6pm
A team player with a positive attitude
What’s on Offer
Salary £26,500 – £27,000
Monday to Friday working a day shift
