Admin Coordinator – (Events &  Branding Team)
Immediate Start | Temporary (6 months+) | Central Bristol

Element Recruitment is partnering exclusively with a Tech company based in Central Bristol to recruit an Admin Coordinator to support their Branding and Events Manager. This is a varied, hands‑on role where organisation, collaboration, and attention to detail are key.

The role:

  • Start ASAP
  • Temporary assignment – likely 6 months, with potential to extend
  • Hybrid working
  • Central Bristol location
  • £14.42 per hour (40 hours per week)

Key responsibilities:

  • Ordering event materials, documents, and branded swag
  • Supporting event logistics, suppliers, and timelines
  • Assisting with planning and coordinating events from concept to delivery
  • Supporting event communications, promotions, and digital content
  • Working closely with internal teams to align events with wider marketing activity
  • Supporting on-the-day event delivery
  • General administrative and ad hoc support as required

About you:

  • An experienced and highly organised Administrator/Coordinator
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Previous experience in events or branding is beneficial but not essential
  • A supportive team player who enjoys working collaboratively
  • Confident communicator at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Happy to be office-based in Bristol at least 3 days per week £14.42
