Admin Coordinator – (Events & Branding Team)
Immediate Start | Temporary (6 months+) | Central Bristol
Element Recruitment is partnering exclusively with a Tech company based in Central Bristol to recruit an Admin Coordinator to support their Branding and Events Manager. This is a varied, hands‑on role where organisation, collaboration, and attention to detail are key.
The role:
- Start ASAP
- Temporary assignment – likely 6 months, with potential to extend
- Hybrid working
- Central Bristol location
- £14.42 per hour (40 hours per week)
Key responsibilities:
- Ordering event materials, documents, and branded swag
- Supporting event logistics, suppliers, and timelines
- Assisting with planning and coordinating events from concept to delivery
- Supporting event communications, promotions, and digital content
- Working closely with internal teams to align events with wider marketing activity
- Supporting on-the-day event delivery
- General administrative and ad hoc support as required
About you:
- An experienced and highly organised Administrator/Coordinator
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities
- Previous experience in events or branding is beneficial but not essential
- A supportive team player who enjoys working collaboratively
- Confident communicator at all levels
- Strong attention to detail
- Happy to be office-based in Bristol at least 3 days per week £14.42
